Description:

What you’ll do:

  • Provide a specialized professional HR service on a day-to-day basis, ensuring essential procedures are implemented, applied equitability and consistently and those service standards are set and maintained.
  • Responsible for all the training and development activities within Egypt’s Business Unit designed to enhance the fulfillment and performance of the employees.
  • Identifies the development needs for employees in connection with job requirements, performance evaluation and development plans.
  • Responsible for the TA process, ensuring that potential candidates are targeted in the most effective way and that appropriate interview and assessment processes are deployed to maximize the fit between candidates and the Company’s requirements and that it secures the best talent available to meet Company’s needs.
  • Keep an updated database of current CVs received from different sources (employment fairs, recruitment agencies, referrals, and walks-in).
  • Conducts formal job interview to assess the fit of the candidate against the organization and job requirements using assessment tools (quantitative and qualitative).
  • Reshapes and develops organization structure to satisfy the organization business model and strategy, should ensure the validity of organization design model throughout period and changes.
  • Implements the strategies, policies, and programs for employees’ rewards including monetary, non-monetary schemes.
  • Identifies the necessary manpower plans and/or manpower sourcing options to meet operational requirements within an optimized approach to cost. Budgeting and monitoring of related plans and expenses.
  • Implements performance management system and tools to clearly identify the measurement criterion (criteria), the methodology of review and evaluation of individual (or group of individuals) to be utilized for managing and rewarding people.
  • Effectively implement the mentoring system for all newcomers and ensure compliance with the GSM requirements.
  • Effectively conduct the exit interviews for all leavers and make analysis for the exit interviews results.
  • Interface with internal customers and external organizations to obtain/ provide the more sensitive and complex HR-related information or advice and interpret policies in the area of specialization as may be required.
  • Define and identify improvement opportunities in the area of work, undertake necessary analysis and study and recommended possible enhancements and improvements.
  • Identifies issues; obtains relevant information, relates and compares data from different sources, identifies alternative solutions, and builds reports based on the analyzed data.
  • Pursue higher levels of professional development towards a full professional qualification.
Qualifications:

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related discipline.
  • HR Study is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience within an industrial environment especially in Learning & Development.
  • Excellent English language Skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
