Quality Manager Wooden Factory

Urgently Required for a Reputable Wooden Works factory located in Zahraa El Maadi;

Quality Manager with experience in the Wooden Work  field with the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:

• Develop interim and final inspection plans for each project
• Issuing work instructions for each process
• Planning and organizing production schedules
• Assessing project and resource requirements
• Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing on budgets and timescales with managers
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
• Determining quality control standards
• Overseeing production processes
• Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
• Selecting, ordering, and purchasing materials
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Make a monthly report to the factory manager with the percentage of conformity and non-conformity
• Supervising the work of junior staff
• Responsibility for taking corrective and preventive actions
• Use of statistical methods
• Continuous improvement

Education:

• Engineering Background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent business and technical writing.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills
