  1. Update Collections to system
  2. Update withhold Tax from customers to system
  3. Update return checks for customers to system
  4. Release Orders.
  5. Renew and follow up customer LG’s.
  6. Matching debit Notes with contract and make the entry on eCondition system
  7. Prepare 2% Tax receipts and entry to system 
  8. TI Accrual balance reconciliation 
  9. TI prepaid expense balance reconciliation 
  10. TI Analysis for balance confirmation
  11. Collection Report.
  12. Invoices Report.
  13. Inventory Closing and SLOBS Report.
  14. Quarterly Deflator Analysis.
  15. Treasury Reports .
  16. Closing files for F&C , Collection and Credit Notes files.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Very good in English language.
