Description:	• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Tests software products using systematic procedures to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products. Develops, modifies, and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Provides feedback in preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages, systems, and computation software Isolates reproduce and tracks bugs and verifies fixes. Authors and executes test plans for manual and/or automated tests. Assists in the assessment and planning of test efforts required for new functions/features under development Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements Monitor debugging process results Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
Qualifications:	B.Sc. in Information system or related fields Solid understanding of testing components and deliverables within the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into tests. Ability to work with software developers and discuss technical issues. Experience writing SQL queries. ISTQB certificate is preferred Database experience is a must Experience in automation experience using selenium Experience in performance experience using JMeter Good personal and communication skills. Experience practicing any high level programming Language (Java preferred) Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills needed. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
