Setting up and stocking workstations with all the necessary supplies at onset of work shift Preparing food for service, such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces. Ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion while complying with nutrition, sanitation regulations and safety standards. Cleaning up workstations and taking care of leftover food to proceed with stocking or reporting any broken machine and inventory appropriately before he leaves for the day
