Description:	Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the department laboratories, storerooms and maintain all laboratory records and inventories. Actively provide advice and assistance to students as they conduct work in the lab Help to evaluate students’ performance on a daily basis by observing them while they carry out experiments; grade laboratory reports for all students enrolled in a specific section Conduct, classify and label laboratory items, analyze results, and document all activities performed. Prepare laboratory equipment and materials listed and requested by the Lecturers and Demonstrators for individual teaching sessions. Enforce all safety regulations of the college and comply with the correct procedures, policies. Maintain a clean and orderly laboratory environment, which includes working with other faculty to make sure the laboratory space, is ready for the next class. Assist the Laboratory Superintendent in the preparation of purchase of consumables, equipments and parts. Assist with laboratory classes as directed by the lab superintendent, provide feedback and assistance to the concerned authorities as requested Keep records of lab utilization, maintenance and other related aspects for measuring quality indicators. Stay informed with the latest industry trends, techniques, and best practices. Be responsible for ensuring that procedures are followed according to NCAAA requirements. Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities.
Qualifications:	Minimum of one (1) year post-qualification Experience in a hospital or academic institution or hospital-related work environment. Knowledge of safety and first aid. Ability to work and communicate effectively within a multi-cultural environment. Ability to work independently without direct supervision. Knowledge of English Language use.
