| Qualifications: | Qualifications 3 – 5 years of Call Center experience – English Account – Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills Ability to work on rotational shifts, multi-tasks, organize and prioritize work Ability to type 35-45 words per minute We prefer some knowledge for HVAC industry English must be proficient
