Description:	Responsible for to the preparation of his department budget and plans. Monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified Manage the effective achievement of International market objectives through the leadership of the department– setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximise subordinate and the performance of the department Develop the current distributors/clients through account management system/distributor management system Search , communicating and activate new clients in assigned region/Area Manage the costing and maintain the prices in profitable level Plan a company’s global strategy Supervise, coach and train Export,B2B & logistics workforce
Qualifications:	High education   MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification from a business school 12-15 years relevant experience in International Business including at least 6 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
