Back End Developer Team Leader

Who you are

An R&D Team Lead with 3+ years of experience in managing Backend Engineering teams or mixed Backend and Frontend Engineering teams. You’re experienced with distributed systems architecture, serverless, and code quality practices. You have great leadership skills, proven architecture/design skills, and knowledge in a wide range of technologies. You’re highly motivated, self driven, and you lead by example a “hands-on” management style.

As A Backend Team Lead you will:

• Design and lead the development of components in one of our leading product teams
• Solve real world business problems using engineering approaches
• Be responsible for all aspects of software development – from technologies, security, scalability and reliability, to processes and people development
• Work as a hands-on developer between 50%-80% of your time
• Drive technical excellence, high product quality, innovation, and timely delivery in an agile, production critical environment
• Lead, grow, mentor and manage a team of talented software engineers

Your qualifications :-

• Experience +10 years as backend developer
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX will
• task management , time management and able to lead a team of 3-5 Engineers ( senior level ) and  lead a project
• can determine timeline for project
• Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks laravel
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Strong Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Ebay etc)
