Description:
  • Oversees homecare services in aspects of quality of service and compliance to policies and procedures, according to Andalusia quality standards.
  • Takes all needed corrective and preventive actions to enhance process and prevent delay or service unavailability to maintain service excellence.
  •  Reviews physicians’ compliance to the call lists per specialty and accordingly, takes all needed actions to increase physician’s compliance.
  • Ensures proper documentation of provided services and patients’ care records and works, with AMH Homecare team, on improving documentation quality and compliance to maintain a strong database for Homecare program services and patients.
  • Promotes the contribution of daily Inpatient rounds in patients’ awareness with homecare services to generate volume to homecare program from reserved patients.
  • Oversees signing homecare contracts through corporate sales team, with VIP accounts, class A and all potential companies.
Qualifications:
  • ICU/ ER Resident or specialist .
  • excellent communication skills.
