Description:
  • Review, coordinate and manage the creation of BIM (Building Information Models) for all new projects.
  • Perform regular updating of the BIM model
  • Collaborate with the Scheduling department to build and maintain the BIM model.
  • Manage the various 3D model disciplines, review model quality and technical content including clash detection.
  • Manage and coordinate external 3D presentations to clients
Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience with 5 years working in BIM
  • Bsc. of Architectural Engineering
  • Technical skills: Design Review, Shop Drawings, MIRs, QS
  • Computer Skills: Revit, Navisworks
  • Technical Coordination with all disciplines. Clash Reports, RFIs, Proposals. Status Reports
