Description:	Providing vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements. Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. Collaborate with the UX team to ensure UX design aligns completely with documented business requirements Own and develop product SRS document, traceability matrix, and changelog. Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories. Solicit customer feedback, report software bugs, and pass these on back to engineering for subsequent build/release cycles, as the product stabilizes, and then matures. Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI. Lead the planning of product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities. Preparing documentation (Product Guide, Technical description, Feature List …etc.) Research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product. Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends. Planning the training of the Operational teams and supporting functions.
Qualifications:	5-8 years of experience in agile environment +3 years of experience in ERP/HIMS is a must Solid experience project management tools Ability to understand and write technical documentation including the scope of work Maintains and retains project data and materials as required Ability to transform business requirements to technical requirements after business analysis Ability to achieve a results-driven structure Ability to create flowcharts and uses cases Critical thinking, committed and innovative Sponsor innovation in the teamwork Familiar with big data analysis is a plus Project management is a plus Familiar with security policies and procedures is a plus Knowledge of systems UX and R&D
