Architect I

• Create shop-drawings for fabrications and construction projects
• Create new designs and rendering proposals as needed for new clients
• Make QS sheets for construction projects
• Create cut-lists for factory fabrications
• Perform site visits for validation of data and current conditions in relation to drawings
• maintain clean and correctly named documents as per the department’s standards and policies
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required

• Architecture degree
• Solid knowledge of AutoCAD and drafting standards and printing methods.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of Rendering & Photo editing programs
• Excellent presentation skills
• Good organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability and willingness to learn
