Description:	Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions Present completed ideas to clients/team members Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team Produce sketches, storyboards and generate creative graphic ideas
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s degree preferably in fine arts, marketing, and advertising or any relevant field Have Experience in 2D & 3D designs is a must Able to lead graphic and other related teams A high level of creativity Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
