Description:	Ensures the project meets local and municipal requirements. Handles fields’ requests for proposals, bids and managing vendors such as contractors, engineers, and consultancy firms. Manages the project budget and schedules, including all sub-budgets and sub-project schedules. Provides advice and consultation with respect to design, value engineering, scope of the work, cost estimating, general contractor and subcontractor pre qualification, scheduling, and construction. Responsible for selection, negotiation with, and oversight of the designs and the work of the contractor. Ensures the preparation of time schedules which shall serve as control standards for monitoring performance of the project; and assisting in project evaluation. Prepares estimates of costs and budget for project Establishes the schedule for performance and completion of stages and overall project Prepares agreements with contractors or subcontractors, suppliers, equipment providers, engineers and architects Acquires or assists in acquisition of licenses and permits for work. Authorizes change orders and other amendments to project contract. Determines appropriate or necessary corrective actions. Arranges for and supervises the execution of the project against the approved plan and deadline as well as, inspecting and approving progress at various stages.
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s Degree: Architecture Engineering 15-20 years of progressive experience in site supervision and design. Experience in hospitality is a must. Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Excellent command of English and Arabic Languages is a must.
