| Description: | Develop new product. Develop new ideas to improve the current products. Ensure that projects are align with Road Map program schedule Ensures quality in a product’s design for safety, usability, reliability, functionality, marketability, and manufacturability. Manage all design activities for any development in the current product or new product as indicated in the company quality system Lead new Carrier & Midea AC products development Plan the program scedualing for the new product projects through Carrier passport system and conducting project milestones (DF, MCS, and PR QRB) Release all required drawings with cooperation with drawing section Built the prototype for new models with cooperation with workshop Simulate refrigeration circuit by Carrier software packages Make selection for outsourcing components such as compressor, motors and fans to achieve target efficiency and performance according to market regulations Follow up and approve test results for the AC systems and components. Achieve the test plan to confirm target capacity and EER for the model Achieve reliability test plan required for new models Put the sourcing strategy for all items Create and release the Bill of Material (BOM) for the products with cooperation with BOM section Qualify all items used in the products Study and analyze local and international competitor’s product. Support all departments such as, Quality, production, planning, technical support and sales to deal with new products related to components, production, inspection and maintenance. Provide technical support for the manufacturing process. Reduce the product cost with maintaining its quality Keep information confidential Respond to queries for drawing & BOM information Comply with Company policies |
| Qualifications: | Engineering Degree with 3-5 years experience. Experience in product development and industrial engineering. Demonstrated management skills. Good interpersonal skills. Excellent knowledge of Core Mechanical Subjects Ambitious. |
