Description:	Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Welcome customers to the show-room and answer their queries. Meet individual and company sales targets. Handle and resolve customers’ complaints. Represent and promote the brand with products and services at show-room. Explain different customizable features. Provide customer feedback to Head-Office Check inventory to ensure product is in stock. Determine seasonal trends and adjust displays as needed. Organize & handle all products in the show-room. Ensure pricing updated right. Collect methods of payment and dispense change. Collect the correct customers data for the company. Explain products’ value and capabilities to customers. Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
Qualifications:	Experience: 2 – 4 years as sales associate must have retail experience Education: suitable/related university degree Age: 35 Max English: Good. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Sales skills, negotiation skills are a MUST. Has very good communication skills. Should be able to multitask as they have to manage a number of people Applicant for this position must be a highly motivated and self-initiated person with a positive attitude.
