Description:

 

  • Granting approvals for requested medical services and reply with approval decision (approved or rejected).
  • Receiving all the requests, checking all the cases and its medical condition, and validate any procedures, treatments and doses prescribed.
  • Checking the eligibility of the cases regarding to the contracts between MEK and the service provider.
  • Maintain all approval systems based on the designated accounts, and updated every patient profile on the CRM program.
  • Respond to prior approvals requests with approval/rejection based upon the case and assure high level of service quality and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree of Medicine & Surgery is a MUST.
  • Very Good command of English Language.
  • Previous Experience as a Medical Approvals doctor or in Medical Insurance field is MUST.
