Description:	Managing partner’s relationships as the main point of contact. Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of our partners. Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our partners. Build long-term relationships with our partners. Work quickly to address and resolve our partner’s issues. Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities. Encourage high-sales and good client service practices. Help promote and maintain a positive company image.
Qualifications:	5+ years of experience in the same title, Intuitive to clients’ needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships A background in customer service or sales is a plus Understand customer relationship management (CRM) Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly Ability to work well with others and lead a team Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time
