Job Title:Senior Cost Estimation Engineer
Experience:7 to 10

Description:
  • Perform and/or lead cost estimation for civil and architectural items
  • Manage quotations and perform analysis and further estimates for all items (civil , architecture , and MEP)
  • Review conditions and specifications
  • Calculate indirect expenses
  • Review quotations and tackle technical and financial issues with vendors/subcontractors
  • Finalize tender financially and technically as per company specs and tender document provision
  • Attend site visits , pre-bid meetings , and bid meetings
  • Report for tender log , cost , and performance
Qualifications:
  • BSc Civil or Architecture from a reputable university
  • At least 7 recent years of experience in cost estimate 
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Autocad and good knowledge of Rivet
