Responsibilities – Record accounting transactions according to policies and regulations such as journal entries and reconciliations -Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management. – Spearheading monthly, quarterly and annual closing and reporting to management as needed. – Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc. – Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets and analyze discrepancies and make correction actions. – Experience with bank accounts ( tt- lc- lg- od ) (is a must) – Experience with public taxes, employment earning and value added. (Preferable) -Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations. – Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion. |
