Teachers’ Trainer

Our trainer will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and update Training Curricula for new hired trainees.
• Deliver interactive classroom training for trainees on a regular basis for the Operations department.
• Maintain Training Curricula and hard copy training records in an inspection ready state.
• Assist in coordinating with the Product Management team, in case of creating or revising any product related subjects.
• Provide periodic training status updates and reports, produce data and report on performance, measuring against set standards.
• Provide training events and drive up the quality of teaching, learning and assessment.

• Proven ability to master the full training cycle.
• Extensive knowledge of our product materials, techniques and teaching methodologies.
• C1 score on the CEFR standards.
• CELTA holder.
• Awareness of main training knowledge. Holding a TTT or TOT certificate is preferable.
• 3 years working experience as an English Language Instructor, and 6 months as a teacher trainer.
• Full time (5 days/8 hours)/ Location: All our branches (Inside & Outside Cairo).
