  • Support customers through e-mailing and web chatting.

  • Communicate positively with all involved parties in order to facilitate customer’s reception of the expected distinguished service.
  • Solve Customer’s technical issues.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Italian and good English is a must
  • Females only
  • At least 6 months experience as a customer service
