Description:
  • As part of the Business Development Department, the Pre-Sales will supports sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical close” in complex solutions. 
  • The Senior Pre-Sales collaborates with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address client needs, and are appropriately supported by key client technical decision-makers.
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with clients’ business requirements.
  • Create and update on a regular basis an answer bank to all products.
Qualifications:
  • Work closely with the designated Professional Service team to ensure all demo sites are consistent and free of bugs.
