Present, promote, and sell using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

Arrange Meeting appointments to meet new and existing customers.

Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.

Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties.

Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.

Achieve sales targets set by the company.

Providing direct manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentials for new products/services.

Staying up to date with sales market trends, best practices, and promotional trends.

2-5 Years of experience In real estate is a must.

New Cairo developer companies Experience preferred. (Individual Projects)

Dynamic and active.

Excellent Knowledge of MS office

Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Time management and organizational skills.

Very good English Command of English Language.

Presentable.

Must have a car.
