Local Knowledge works with retail brands, government, telecom, banks, QSRs and fuel retailers claiming and managing their bricks & mortar locations on Google Maps, Apple Maps, Siri, Facebook, HERE Maps, TomTom Maps, Foursquare, Tripadvisor and more.

Local Knowledge is looking for a mature and experienced bilingual Digital Location Sales Administrator to handle much of the pre and post-sales functions. The Digital Location Sales Administrator would work very closely with the Local Knowledge Managing Director in the daily sales operations of the business.

Responsibilities would include;
– helping update and manage the sales-pipeline
– assist in appointment setting with targeted multi-location brands
– the preparation and sending of sales proposals based on a brief provided by the managing director
– the ability to research and prepare presentation content for the creation of custom proposals
– to follow up on meetings and proposals that have been sent and ensure all potential sales are monitored.
– the ability to receive a suggested company and be able to find out who the contact person is and either get an appointment, mobile number or email address.
– to generally be available to be part of the team by contributing in whatever manner necessary.

Skills that will make you a good fit for this business;
– well skilled in digital marketing and digital maps
– good telephone skills in Arabic
– good written and oral English
– if you have a good understanding of Google Maps and you know what GMB means it will help
– excellent organization skills and the ability to work with Zoho CRM
– most importantly have a passion for your work, want to learn and think on your feet.
