Online English as a Second Language Instructor

OTO Courses is an Egyptian digital learning platform providing a wide range of top-notch one-to-one English programs. The programs are provided online through a fully functional platform that makes digital learning easier, more efficient, and more enjoyable than traditional learning.

Currently, we are looking for English language instructors for immediate hire.

About the Job

The English language instructor must be able to use online platforms to teach a variety of courses designed mainly for adults & young learners.

• Conduct one to one live sessions online (Audio + Video)
• Design and customize a course plan for individual students.
• Design lesson plans for each lesson given.
• Provide assignments after each lesson
• Evaluate and assess their students according to CEFR
• Be engaged with the ever-expanding teacher community

Employment Type

Part-time (20 – 40 hours per week)

Job Requirements

• C1 level of English in both productive and receptive skills.
• Academic certificate of English / English teaching (e.g. BA, TEFL, FELT, SELT, CELTA, etc.)
• Previous teaching experience (online or offline)
• Commitment, loyalty, and strong work ethics
• Ability to use internet platforms and communication apps
• A clear American/British accent
• Online teaching experience is a plus
• Knowledge of teaching ESP and EPTs is a plus (IELTS, TOEFL, Business English, etc.)
• Must have a laptop with an excellent and stable internet connection
• Must have a headset and a webcam
• Males or Females
• Ages 22+
