Description:
  • Supervise and implement the installation of all mechanical activities (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, Power, Control, …etc)
  • Make quantity surveys and issue material requests and approve it by the construction and project manager to deliver it to the procurement department
  • Review shop drawings with the technical office team, method of statements and material submittal
  • Follow up with supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors
  • Review subcontractor invoices and assist in issuing subcontractor payment request
  • Participate in preparing the weekly and monthly progress report
Qualifications:
  • B.SC. Mechanical Engineer
  • 5-7 yrs Exp.
  • Have the concept of technical office tasks
