Description:	You will be part of the Telecommunication Department monitoring and handling Xceed infrastructure. Handling incoming tickets from internal employees in Head Quarters and call center agents Monitor Xceed infrastructure like voice and data public links (WAN connections, Public PRIs, etc.). Responsible for the configuration and implementation of new requests Report any faultiness within voice and data system and related applications, global links, apply basic troubleshooting and follow up with ISPs or global operators. Back up of voice system and related applications. Troubleshoot and resolve PBX problems escalated from CCC Analyze and ensure the reliability of the communications systems on a regular basis to provide the highest level of performance, ability, and security Track and analyze fault histories in the long term resolution of intermittent problems Handles and follow-up on cases opened with equipment suppliers. Receive inquiries from different teams regarding current or planned projects and takes appropriate action to resolve problems or plan for upgrades, On-call in case of emergency.
Qualifications:	Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electronics and Telecommunication) from one of the well-recognized universities. From 0-2 years of experience in the field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Preferred certified or knowledge in CCNA & CCNA Collaboration Excellent command of spoken and written English language. Communication Skills. Problem-solving skills. Ability to set priorities and follow up to achieve them Ability to work in rotational shifts Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously & meet agreed due date
