Interior Decoration Procurement Engineer（OR Architectural Engineer）

CSCEC located in CBD-New Capital is looking to hire an interior procurement engineer responsible for:

• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
• Research and identify potential vendorssuppliers inside or outside Egypt (LocalForeign).
• Work closely with all the company’s teams to understand the details of procurement requirements.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, and deadlines.
• Prepare week-reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
• Review and analyze all suppliers, supply, and price options
• Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
• Submit the Materials and make it approved by consultant-Dar

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply management, or any related field is a must.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong knowledge of interior decoration materials,such as Marble, Tiles, Wood floor, and so on.
• Strong organizational and time management skills particularly in handling various projects and deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Primavera P6 skills.
