Sales Agent Real Estate

• Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.
• Set appointments, meet & present new/existing products for customers.
• Present, promote new products, and offering special deals.
• Target on client requests through multiple choice
• Confirming sales actions, prices, contract terms, and payments.
• Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
• Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone.
• Track local market conditions and competition opportunity
• Attend Real Estate events, conferences, and seminars and keeping up with industry trends.
• Reporting sales trends to Sales Management/department manager
