Qualifications:
  •  Facilitate and manage road mapping, sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Work with product owners to define a vision and ensure the team is on the right track.
  • Ensure cross-team coordination.
  • Prepare and deliver effective verbal and written communications regarding progress and status for both internal and external teams and stakeholders.
  • Perform hands-on work including analysis, design, testing, and change management as needed by the team.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Hands-on experience working with scaled agile frameworks.
