Description:	Managing organizational sales by developing a sales plan that covers sales controls. Monitor sales activities by measuring and reporting on actual sales performance as compared to budget expectations. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Coordinate with all stakeholders such as the Marketing team; to ensure the optimal alignment between sales and marketing strategic plans. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. Manage daily reports and report all the sales and performance to the management.
Qualifications:	English is a must
