Maintenance supervisor مشرف صيانة

Requirements:

• 5+ year experience as a maintenance supervisor of MEP system.
• خمس سنوات خبره بمجال الصيانه لانظمه السباكه والكهرباء والتكييف.
• High school diploma: Degree from a vocational school will be a plus.
• حاصل علي دبلوم والافضل للمدارس المهنية.
• Good knowledge of minor civil works.
• معرفه جيده بالاعمال المدنية.
• Good knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
• معرفه جيده بانظمة السلامه والصحة المهنية.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• مهارات تواصل ومهارات شخصية جيده.
• Professional Certifications (e.g., Plumbing or HVAC certified) are preferred.
• الافضلية للحاصل علي دورات بصيانة التكييف والسباكة والكهرباء.

• Valid driver’s license.
• رخصة قياده سارية.
• Good in English “Speaking & written”
• مستوي جيد الانجليزية (تحدث وكتابة)
• Very Good in office work “Word, Excel, Outlook”
• جيد جدا باستخدام الكمبيوتر والاميل بالاضافة للاكسل والورد.
