Description:

 

  • Preparing all tender documents (design drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications
  • Computer-aided design using AUTO CAD & REVIT software and tools related to HVAC discipline.
  • HVAC design, HVAC load calculations (HAP), ventilation calculations, duct layout, piping layout, and equipment selection, Smoke extraction systems.
  • Well versed in local codes and practices
  • Well versed in industry standards

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Mastering AutoCAD.
  • Mastering Duct and pipe sizing.
  • Mastering MEP Revit.
  • Familiar with international and Egyptian codes and standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical power/Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, Egyptian code & international standards of HVAC.
  • Previous experience in preparing all tender documents (design drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications).
  • Previous experience in different types of projects (Hospitals, Industrial, Commercial, Residential & Mixed Use).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC design standards and codes, HVAC load calculations (HAP), ventilation calculations, duct layout, piping layout, and equipment selection
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Familiar with the local market and have good knowledge of the materials/equipment suppliers.
