Senior Property Consultant

Looking for an ambitious and hard-worker Senior Sales to work at a Real Estate brokerage company Working with the top developers in the real estate market in Egypt for over than 100 projects as ( Mountain view, Emaar, CFC, Sodic, Hyde pak,…….)

• Understanding your customers’ needs.
• Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best value
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Achieving the monthly sales target.
• Closing the deal with the clients.
• Follow up with all new clients and offer them what are they looking for.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate.
• Strong experience with all New Cairo projects as ( Mivida, CFC, Stone Residence, Katameya Dunes, Golden Square, stone Residence, Layan Residence, Villette……..)
• Presentable
• Hard-Worker

• Excellent communication skills.
