Job Title:	Collection Manager

Description:	Create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections . Recruit, hire, train, promote, fire and evaluate staff members within the collections department. calculate required manpower and ensure enough staff members are available to handle the workload. Run reports and analyze data Deliver reports, suggestions and insights to the country manager. Implement changes to the department as see fit to create a proficient and efficient department. Set KPI’s and Analyze employee’s performance (Orders follow-up, Call status, Call duration, number of calls, talking time); Ensure whole team adhere to the company standards and policies. Create SOP’s and training materials. Assess and manage the outsourcing collection teams Communicate with outsourcing companies to build and maintain a strong working relationship. Aaddress performance, Attitude, Discipline issues. Set and calculate commissions for the department
Qualifications:	Bachelor degree or higher in Management,Finance/Business Studies/Administration or related field Minimum 3 years’ of working experience preferably of which 2 in tele collection managing at least 30 people. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organised, meticulous, able to prioritise and multitask with minimal supervision Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to work in a fast-moving, challenging with high workload Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel. Fluent in English
