Description:
  • Performs overall management and coordination of technical activities in architectural projects or engineering projects.
  • Directs, reviews and approves design changes to projects
  • Participates in preparing budgets, bids and contracts.
  • Participates in the development or implementation of policies, standards or procedures for engineering and technical work.
  • Presents and explains proposals, reports and results to managers.
  • Directs recruitment and evaluation of architects or project engineers
  • Participates in setting scientific or technical goals within the broad lines presented by the senior management.
  • Reviews and matches the architectural and construction panels, identifies and clarifies the differences between them and coordinates between the different engineering departments in the project.
  • Participate in reviewing, recommending or approving contracts and cost estimates.
  • Studies the plans and contract documents in detail with regard to the finishes and informs the implementation manager of any deficiencies in the design or documents so that he can take corrective measures.
  • Drafts and prepares delivery requests submitted to the consultant in terms of finishes and architectural works and prepares the necessary documents and paintings for that He supervises the implementation of the works on the ground with regard to the finishes on a daily and monthly basis and informs the line manager of defects and violations that are in the executed works to take corrective measures.
  • Participates in the feasibility study of the project through various methods of analysis, needs and market demand.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
  • Required years of experience are from 5 to 8 years of experience as a construction Engineer.
  • PMP Certification is a must.
  • Advanced AutoCAD, Revit,Primavera,Arc
  • Qaluibia,Monofia ,Cairo,Giza and Alex resident are welcomed to apply
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
