Oriental Chef / شيف أكل شرقي

• Instruct the staff in the direction and oversight of all culinary operations.
•  Preparation and production of all meals, food quality and presentation, compliance with all safety and sanitation standards and regulation, team member productivity and performance, implementation of policies and procedures, cost controls and overall profitability.
• Interacting with guests and clients.
• Monitor and assess satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly to Ensure consistency in the quality of dishes at all times.
• Managing customer relations when necessary.
• Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue.
• Creating and implementing menu selections for special banquet themes and events based on current food trends and regional tastes in partnership as needed.
• مسئول عن تثبيت جودة الطعام كل الأوقات.
• الألتزام بالريسيبي لكل طبق.
• التعامل المباشر مع العملاء و تقديم الأطباق.

• Proven working experience as an Oriental Chef
• Keep up with cooking trends and best practices

• الإلمام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات تجهيز الطعام.
• قياده فريق العمل
• يشترط الالمام بعناصر التكاليف داخل المطبخ
• مهارة تطوير قوائم الطعام
• يفضل من سبق له العمل بأحد المطاعم المعروفه مث أم حسن-صبحي كابر-حضرموت عنتر 
• خبره في مجال الأكل الشرقي لا تقل عن 3 سنوات
• اجادة اللغة الانجليزية (قراءة)
• مؤهل دراسى مناسب
• الإلمام التام بنظام و إدارة المطبخ
• اجادة وضع خطة الاحتياجات المتوقعة من الخامات
• Age: maximum age 45
• (HACCP) المعرفة عن قواعد وقوانين النظافة الشخصية وسلامة الغذاء
• Availability to start immediately if accepted.
• 12 working hours (10 working hours + 2 hours break)
• 4 days off per month
• RESORT RESIDENCY IS A MUST.
• الأقامه بالمنتجع شئ أساسي
