Reporting Analyst

Job Purpose:

• Ensure smart reporting on the performance across all categories, leading to action-oriented recommendations.
• Drive the development and improvement of analysis and reporting across the supply chain function to ensure sharp business recommendations to drive growth and minimize inefficiencies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design business analysis, data recording and reporting systems for use throughout the department;
• Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout;
• Develop data gather and maintenance processes and procedures;
• Develop and create business reports that provide insight into key data points using different analysis interpretation techniques such as (trend analysis);
• Communicate the results of data analysis in written and presentation forms to relevant parties;
• Track supply chain performance through the development of indicators and control measures;
• Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar
• 3 years of experience in an analysis/reporting role

Knowledge

• Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. Shipping, ordering, Clearing) is a plus not a must
• Understanding about data management processes and analysis methodologies
