Sales Manager

1- Preparing the overall sales and distribution plan based on forecasting the demand for items.

2- Supervising sales, following up on the realization of sales plans, and intervening to treat problems and deviations.

3- Reviewing sales reports and studying sales numbers to increase the volume of dealings and develop promotion plans.

4- Directing and evaluating the activities of the sales specialist and working to increase their efficiency.

5- Attending periodic meetings with department managers, in order to coordinate and assist in achieving sales plans.

6- Preparing the necessary reports on the company’s activity and sales and submitting them to the senior management.

1. Familiarity with the laws governing the local and foreign market and the implementing regulations that govern them.

2. To have high communication and negotiation skills.

3. Fluency in English, preferably another language beside it.

4. Leadership and management skills.
