| Description: | -Oversees homecare services in aspects of quality of service and compliance to policies and procedures. -Manages Homecare requests, allocates medical, nursing and mobility resources to cover all requests with minimal leakage. -Performs daily Inpatient rounds to ensure patients’ awareness with homecare services, to generate volume to homecare program from reserved patients. -Reviews, analyzes patients’ complaints about Homecare services, takes all corrective and preventive actions to raise patient’s satisfaction levels about the provided services and monitors their implementation. -Ensures that Homecare staff and all medical staff embedded in Homecare programs provide emotional and psychological support to patients and service users |
| Qualifications: | -Bs Degree in Medicine is a must. -Prefer with sales & management experience. – Job Location: #Alex. – age max 35 – Working days: Saturday till Thursday – Working hours: 9 am till 5 pm – Salary: Negotiable- with Bonus System |
