  • Receiving and making calls for prospect customers turning into visits.
  • Organize site visits and convert maximum site visits into sales.
  • Do presentations for customers.
  • Explain contracts, addressing concerns and finalizing deals.
  • Complete sale proceedings/documentation as per the Company guidelines.
  • Understand the company’s competitive advantage.
  • Meet monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain good relations with existing and new customers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Proven Working Experience as Property Consultant from 3 to 5 years in real estate field.
  • New Cairo experience is preferable.
  • Presentation, Negotiation and communication skills are required.
  • Good user of MS Office.
  • Presentable.
  • Owning a car is preferable.
