| Description: | <ul> <li>Works hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall company’s target.</li> <li>Actively prospects and acquires new accounts.</li> <li>Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.</li> <li>Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service.</li> <li>Advise clients on market conditions, price, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters</li> <li>Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.</li> <li>Negotiate the buyers and generally representing the company.</li> <li>Close the deal with the client.</li> <li>Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.</li> <li>Answer client’s questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, and appraisals.</li> <li>Providing ARTAL departments with all data regarding customers’ needs and suggestions</li> <li>Conducting researches for competitive companies regarding price, locations and other conditions in order to improve company sales strategy</li> <li>Providing on job training for the new team regarding sales strategy (double visit, workshop training…etc.)</li> </ul> |
| Qualifications: | <ul> <li>Bachelor degree in business administration or any related field.</li> <li>At least 3 year on the same level of experience preferably in a medium to large organization, or in real estate industry.</li> <li>Very good command of English</li> <li>Very strong verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task.</li> <li>Very good negotiating and selling skills</li> <li>Very good Microsoft Office proficiency.</li> <li>Strong Problem Solving & Decision Making skills and goal oriented</li> <li>Strong client management skills.</li> <li>Planning/Organizing Skills.</li> </ul> |
