Description:
  • Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
  • Understanding your customers’ needs.
  • Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
  • Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.
  • Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure selling properties in projects around Egypt.
  • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
  • Meet clients either in the office or outside (clients premises, developers premises, project site, etc…).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree is a Must.
  • From 3 to 5 years’ experience, previous experience in Real Estate Field is a MUST.
  • MUST own a Car.
  • Prefer residence nearby New Cairo, Nasr City, Heliopolis , Maadi & other around residency.
  • Presentable.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills and leader ship skills.
  • Self-Motivated.
Salary:5000 to 7000
