Description:
  • Preparing of Bill of quantities for projects.
  • Quantities surveying for architectural & civil items.
  • Quantities surveying for mechanical & electrical items.
  • Calculate and take off quantities for various items
  • Coordinate among other disciplines.
  • Track changes to the design or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
  • Study and prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) for missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
  • Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors, and follow up of the subcontracted works, including the payment applications.
Qualifications:
  • Males Only
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering or Civil Engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Very Good knowledge of computer applications. (Ms. Office – AUTOCAD, Quantity Survey- Shop Drawings)
  • Experience 8-10 years.
