Description:	Ensure applying department SOPs through ensuring that all products at its places with the agreed standards for effective results. Manage and organize delivering the orders on time to the distributor to ensure customer satisfaction. Review and analyze warehouse stock to ensure there is no overstock to maintain the company’s goods. Review and analyze warehouse team’s productivity through analyzing the number of tasks achieved …etc. Review and follow up the return orders to identify the reasons and to control it. Review and follow up all products which didn’t deliver to the customer due to problem in picking to ensure customer satisfaction and to keep the company reputation & image safe. Manage and follow up “scanning expire process” to remove all products that are near to be expired. Manage to receive and delivering expires from customers to the platform to ensure maintaining the company’s rights. Conduct and follow up stock take process to ensure system balance is equal to the physical one. Review and apply all received memos come from the ministries and governmental authorities to ensure saving the company’s image. Ensure the availability of all operations tools and equipment to ensure no work interruptions. Follow up with maintenance concerned employees the operation tools and equipment to ensure smooth work operations. Create all policies, procedures and regulations for the warehouse department, including all process and the work documentation. Communicate and resolve any escalated problems related to the warehouse along with all concerned parties to ensure smooth work operations. Review and analyze frequent reports regarding rounds, transfers, stock modifications, cycle count, headcount, damage…ect to ensure following department KPIs and achieving department objectives. Responsible for preparing minimum limit for warehouse balances for all items. Responsible for preparing a report of the required balances to be brought from each item according to sales plan. Maintain standards of safety, hygiene and security. Ensure the best use of warehouse space. Training all warehouse staff management on their work and transferring his experience to them so that they are qualified to solve any problem.
Qualifications:	10+ years of experience in warehouse management preferably in FMCG field. Supply chain management, Lean warehouse, Six Sigma, logistics…etc are preferable. Very Good User of MS office .Very Good analytical abilities. Well organized and Follow up skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision making and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure organized and good at managing time professional for using computer and warehouse programs
