Description:	Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with vendors Revise and maintain comprehensive project documentation Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
