Description:
  • Prepare and complete the air and/or sea freight quotes worldwide for all types and modes of shipping containers and/or parts or air freight and updated them monthly.
  • Implementation of air and/or sea and land operations issued by all shipping systems starting from collecting rates, up to issuing the invoice for the operation file.
  • Ensure that the shipment is carried out according to the journey booked, issuing the policies and reviewing them and obtaining the documents of the customer (the source), and attaching them to the recipient or agent.
  • Can do the CONSUL shipment procedures.
  • Checking and negotiated shipping lines and/or airlines always to find out the update of the service and modify this info. A company database.
  • Obtain the internal transport prices for the transport of exported goods and prepare a schedule for the use of the EX WORK system
Qualifications:
