Job Description

• Code, analyse, and provide functional testing for (iOS / Android / Flutter SDK) applications.
• Maintain project, drafts, files, codes, and scripts in an organised manner.
• Guide, train, and provide evaluation reports about junior team members.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Handle Software Support and Updates, patches, and bug fiX
• Unit-testing code for robustness, usability, and general reliability.
• Perform Flutter development or software development services as needed.

• 5+ years of strong mobile development experience.
• A diverse portfolio of previously built mobile apps.
• Proven experience in Flutter Mobile Development Platform.
• At least two Android / iOS published mobile apps implemented with Flutter.
• High proficiency coding in DART and other mobile specific language.
• Experience with RESTful interfaces like MVC Web APIs.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Proficient understanding of mobile rendering behaviour and performance.
• Experience with design patterns and OOP concepts.
• Proficient understanding of clean architecture, VIPER, MVVM, and MVP
• Proficient understanding of Version Control Systems such as Git.
• Proficient understanding of agile methodologies (SCRUM)
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow directions.
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure, detail-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Bonus Skills

• Native mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms
• Experience working with XAML and declarative UI (UWP, WPF, Xamarin.Forms)
• Problem solving; Analytical thinking; Conceptual thinking; Detail oriented; High accuracy and attention to details.
